While Guest & Brady, LLC is not a financial institution, we often act on the behalf of one and as a result, want to notify you of our privacy policies. At Guest & Brady, LLC, we value privacy and take appropriate measures at all times to protect all confidential and Non-public Personal Information (“NPI”) that we may possess. The type of personal information or NPI we possess varies based on the service we provide. The sensitive information can include, but is not limited to, the following:

In order to perform real estate settlement services, we often need to share customers’ personal information with certain third parties who have a “need to know.” Examples of these third parties are lenders from whom we are seeking payoff information, homeowner’s association management companies, mortgage service providers and our banking institution. We do not disclose any NPI to anyone other than for the purpose of completing the service that we are providing. GUEST & BRADY, LLC DOES NOT SELL ANY LISTS THAT CONTAIN NPI FOR ANY PURPOSE.
We vet all of our employees and certain third party service providers and have enforced policies regarding data access, storage, retention and destruction to ensure the safety of your information electronically and physically.
