The processing fees for each payment method are posted below as well and are not collected by Guest & Brady, LLC. Also a $35.00 insufficient funds fee will be assessed for any returned checks
Guest & Brady cannot accept cash to close funds via these methods.
If you choose one of these payment methods, please keep in mind that it may take a few days to process depending on which method you choose.

Wire Transfer (Available Upon Request)
Wire transfers are available for clients who prefer to send funds directly from their bank.
To securely receive wiring instructions, we must first verify your information.
How to request wiring instructions:
- Email orders@guestbrady.com
- Include:
- Your signed contract
- The email address you would like associated with your file
- A note stating that you need wiring instructions
Once received:
- We will open your file
- You will be invited to our secure client portal
- Wiring instructions will be made available for secure download
For your protection, wiring instructions are never sent by plain email.
Earnnest App (Preferred Option)
Guest & Brady partners with Earnnest, a secure mobile app designed specifically for real estate transactions.
How Earnnest works:
- The process requires two email addresses (often two people)
- One person downloads the Earnnest app
- That person sends a payment request through the app
- The client receiving the request will get a secure email link
- Funds can be submitted safely through the link—no app download required for the payer
This method is fast, secure, and commonly used for earnest money deposits.
