Throughout his career, Bill has specialized in building high-performing teams, developing scalable operational systems, and helping organizations create sustainable growth through strong leadership, process improvement, and strategic execution.
In addition to his role at Guest & Brady, Bill is the founder of Thrive Business Operations, where he has advised business owners and leadership teams on operations, technology, and organizational development. He is passionate about equipping leaders, simplifying complexity, and building organizations that can grow without losing their culture.
Bill and his wife, Renee, have been married for more than 40 years and live in Greer, South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family. Every Sunday, they enjoy a 4 generation dinner. H is a weekend warrior and always working on a project at his home.
