Troy Pierce was raised in Auburn, Alabama. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
After graduating, Troy became licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama, and later obtained his license to practice in the State of South Carolina. His legal career has primarily focused on residential and commercial real estate closings, though he also spent several years working in-house for two mortgage companies before returning to real estate law.
Troy is married to Lukana Pierce, who is originally from Thailand. They currently reside in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
