Thomas Phillips is a Greenville lawyer who grew up in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. He is experienced in navigating injured workers through the complexities of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation system. Thomas also represents individuals in all types of personal injury matters and in applying for Social Security disability benefits.
After graduating from law school, Thomas clerked for the Honorable William H. Seals, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court, At Large. Prior to joining Guest & Brady, LLC in 2022, Thomas defended insurance companies and businesses in workers’ compensation claims, before transitioning his practice to representing plaintiffs and claimants in personal injury and disability cases.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, Amanda, and their dog, Hudson.
