With more than two decades of legal experience, Teresa Harbin joined Guest & Brady in 2017. She began her career working for a small firm abstracting titles. Quickly realizing her passion for the history of each property, she made her way into the office to gain a full understanding of the process. She has experience working as a paralegal focusing primarily in real estate in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, D. C.; and with an emphasis on South Carolina. She has knowledge of complex closings and strong knowledge of title abstracting, title commitments, review of construction related documents, document drafting, third party consents and approvals, and public records retrieval. She is also an additional liaison between the clients and our firm meeting directly with the clients, scheduling appointments as well as keeping the client files organized.
Outside of the office Teressa is the proud mother of an Airman in the United States Air Force and very family oriented. She enjoys volunteering at various homeless shelters throughout the upstate, music, cooking and gardening.
