Melissa Gilchrist comes to us with over 16+ years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. She began her career with a title company in Minnesota, where she learned how to handle every part of a file from reading and typing up the title commitments through final policy. In addition to her many years working in title and closings; she has explored all facets of the real estate world. Spanning from working in IT at a title insurance agency, to post closing with a mortgage company and even selling real estate. But through all this, closings are her real passion. She focuses on customer service through excellent communication with all parties; ensuring everyone understands the process thoroughly.
Melissa lives in Simpsonville with her 2 children. She loves football, listening to live music, hiking and spending time with her family.
